Apartment N.L.

Lecco

This refined apartment located in the province of Lecco is the first space entirely designed and furnished by Shapes Italy.

Materials and furnishings were selected down to the smallest detail to make the most of the available space and fully meet the clients’ expectations.

The apartment is laid out on a single floor and features an open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge, a room converted into a walk-in wardrobe, a guest bathroom, and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

For the kitchen, the new Montevecchia model by Shapes Italy was selected, featuring Fenix laminate doors in green and white, a Statuarietto marble countertop, and open oak wall units.

At the clients’ request, the kitchen was designed to be the focal point of the living area and to best structure the open-plan space.

The Montevecchia kitchen was crafted in petrol green Fenix to create contrast with the white walls of the surrounding environment.

A custom gin cabinet was integrated into the column next to the refrigerator, complete with interior lighting, a mirrored back panel, and a glass door.

The dining area features the extendable Slide table with a white Fenix top.

Adding refinement to the wall is a crafted boiserie in solid oak, enhanced by grazing light that highlights the natural beauty of the wood.

For the living area, a vertical TV unit was designed using the same materials as the kitchen.

A custom swivel TV mount was created to allow optimal viewing from both the sofa and the dining table.

The room converted into a walk-in wardrobe was furnished with the refined Sospiro wardrobe. Its distinctive central panel is crafted from a single piece of oak with a continuous grain, while the iron insert that serves as a finger pull was lacquered in a champagne finish.

A deep blue was chosen for the doors, harmonizing beautifully with the oak and the room’s soft color palette.

A mirror with both front and back VIP lighting was also added, finished in a tone matching that of the Sospiro wardrobe.

The master bedroom was designed to create a relaxing and exclusive atmosphere. Two dark blue wardrobe columns frame a central feature wall in exquisite Canaletto walnut, enhanced by a backlit mirror that visually expands the space.

The chest of drawers and bedside tables are part of the new Border collection, featuring fully lacquered structures and hand-covered tops in genuine Italian leather.

In the master bathroom, the Hug vanity unit was installed, featuring lacquered fronts and a marble-effect HPL top and structure. Above it, the backlit Back mirror takes center stage.

A shoe cabinet was custom built into the hallway, with an open oak niche at the end featuring a bronze mirror.

The cabinet includes a clever and convenient pull-out bench, which can also be used to reach the higher shelves.
